Provided by YP.comThe healthcare staff and customer service staff are unfriendly and rude. While I was waiting for the doctor to examine me I heard him and an assistant, who were standing just outside my door, in the hall, discussing in very loud whispers, a patient, mentioning that the person is crazy and giggling about it. Not professional at all and very juvenile. I am a retired Urgent Care RN and never have seen such poor regard for the patient. Remember that the patient is the employer of the healthcare team, not the other way around. Therefore, I have fired this healthcare team and will not go there again.
