No one at Feldman ever answers the phone. It's very difficult to get in contact with them. They love to charge additional fees. They don't update or maintain their apartments well. I lived at Walnut Ridge and the place really needs some care. Everything but the kitchen floor is outdated. The cupboards don't even close. Trying to get someone to come and do maintenance was always a hassle. And the final straw that broke the camel's back is getting your security deposit back. Feldman has caused far too much stress in my life, so I recommend avoiding any of the buildings they own.
