Recently took my car in with a very tricky problem and they did not give up until every option was exhausted. It needed a tiny little part but my car hasn't been in production for almost 10 years so they stopped producing parts for it. Needless to say, finding the part it needed was even less likely than "a needle in a haystack". After two days of looking, they found the part in Illinois and drove all the way down there, removed it from the car it was in and came back with it for only $100. Extremely reasonably priced and gave plenty of options regarding pricing and recommendations without being pushy or overbearing in the least. They were extremely empathetic and it was obvious that this problem bothered them almost as much as it bothered us! Even told us to give them a call if we were ever looking to purchase a new car so that they could give us their professional opinion on whether it would be a good buy or not. Extremely trustworthy, which is really all you want at the end of the day. Don't even think about going anywhere else.
