I had some bad times recently. My car needs 3000 in repairs. My husband had health issues he was not working for more than a month. Everyone was coming at me. I owed Gentle Care Dentistry $79.00 for more than a year. My account went to collection. I finally got to the point where I dug myself out of the massive hole of debt that I collected and I paid them. Before this, I either paid in full for dental care or made regular payments until it was paid in full. I never had a balance. I called them today to set up an appointment for a tooth that was broken. Mary stated that I could not be seen unless I paid them in full. Not only do they want me to pay what I would owe that would be MY responsibility, but also the INSURANCE portion. You see, they would be ok with having a credit on my account, but not the other way around. One mistake of 79 dollars and now I am being severely punished forever. Everything, up front. Well, I am sorry Gentle Care Dentistry. I was not a perfect patient. And if you would have asked me why I was so late, maybe you would have understood (or maybe not. Maybe the care shown is only a facade.) If you are like me and get yourself into bad times, make sure you pay your dentist before your car, your house and make sure that you force your husband to get out of bed to work to pay your dentist bill because they will deny you future care if you don't. I stated to Mary on the phone that I was sorry. I did take a long time to pay and I should have been better at it but I could not afford to pay both the insurance portion of my care and my portion. She said, "Ok". She didn't even say goodbye. I almost cried. Gone was the friendliness. Gone was the care. At one point I would have to told you that this was a great facility and actually gave it good reviews but I guess the good care is only there if your money is too. I could see if this happened before, or I had a habit of this, or it was hundreds of dollars that I never paid, but it was $79 dollars and before this bad turn in my life, I always paid my bills. I have a flexible saving account. I told them on multiple occasions, please let me pay now. And they would say, oh no, lets wait for the insurance. I would have never imagined that they would have put $79.00 over any patient's care. It is a sad day. Well, they have been given what I owed them months ago. My official apologies to Gentle Care Dentistry. To others, learn from me and pay your bills or do not go here for understanding and care.

They are very polite and helpful , but the best part while I was waiting on my husband every single patient that came in had a warm welcome with their first name . That's the first time I ever been at an apt and the staff knows all their patients name. Thanks for the great work and the great staff.

I went there without any prior appointment and really was amazed to see the receptionist who did everything for me to get an immediate appointment. They take care of their patient and explain how they are going to solve their dental problem. They also offer countless options to choose from. Overall I’m satisfied with their service and strongly recommend this place.

Last month I went to Gentle Care Dentistry, Greenfield WI for dental check up. Prior to my visit, I did thorough online research and was quite pleased to see lot of positive reviews and feedback. I did simple teeth cleaning from Gentle care and was quite amazed with the set of high quality Dentists and Doctors around. While examining they explained everything in detail that was going on with my teeth and never pushed on me for any up-sell. They also instructed me on how to take better care of my teeth. They are really great and I’ll be using their services for my dental needs.

It was really a hard time for me when I crunched the hard candy which gave me a broken tooth during Halloween in last year. It was so painful that I had to go to Gentle care dentistry situated nearby my home. They did local anesthesia to remove the broken tooth. It was the fastest and painless treatment I have ever had. They also gave me some tips on how to take care of my teeth better. They also informed me about the dental insurance which I could avail to reimbursed my future treatment cost. If you are looking for a dentist then I recommend Gentle Care Dentistry.

The dentist there are WONDERFUL but the receptionist there really need an attitude adjustment. They don't know how to speak to people and that will drive business away from the dentist!! So if you can deal with bad attitudes then go there but if not go to another dentist that will RESPECT YOU!!!!!!!
