Be careful if you expect to get top notch service here if you are registering for your wedding. It is now five months after my wedding and I am still waiting for gifts to arrive. If you don't keep close track of the gifts that you have received, you may find yourself missing several pieces that have been supposedly already delivered. Customer service is poor with the store making one feel like it is a major inconvenience for them to check the status of your gift orders. If you have ever visited and love the wedding place setting table, don't be surprised if the store simply forgets to put yours out on the table. Our guests informed the store several times that our place setting was not out and it was never corrected. The shop, in fact, then denied that they failed to do so. Finally, this was our second china registration with Watts. The first china pattern we chose was discontinued and we were informed three weeks after we made our selection-- a good store knows this beforehand
