This Bakery/Deli is SUPERB!!! They have excellent fresh bread and great lunchmeats and cheeses and homemade soups. I go here most days for a cheap quality lunch. Though they stop serving hot meals & soups at 11:45am for some reason, but you can build your own cold cut sandwiches all day long.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BAKERY! THEY RUINED MY DAUGHTER'S 16TH. I ORDERED 2 CAKES (1 VANILLA AND 1 CHOCOLATE) I RECEIVED 2 CHOCOLATE CAKES WITH THE WRONG WRITING ON TOP! THE MANAGER AT THE BAKERY WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND HUNG UP ON ME! SHE CARED NOTHING ABOUT HOW MY DAUGHTER FELT MY DAUGHTER DOES NOT LIKE CHOCOLATE [PERIOD! I SIMPLY ORDERED IT FOR HER GUEST! THEN THE BAKERY CHARGED ME MORE THAN $75 MORE THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE! AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS BAKERY!

I was searching for a bakery to set up times to stop in and look at wedding cake options and was completely underwhelmed by the poor customer service provided by Jennifer. After holding for several minutes, I was finally directed to her and was almost speechless at how rude she was on the phone. Apparently, Jennifer is not available Wednesdays, week nights, or weekends. I certainly understand a busy schedule, I'm in favor of choosing a bakery that seems to be in demand. The circumstance for such an unfavorable review is purely based on how incredibly uninterested she was in a potential customer. Several other bakeries around the area all were enthusiastic and offering several options for meeting up to go over all the options they had to offer (Rich's House of Cakes and The Cake Lady to name just a few). Wedding days are known to be one of the biggest events in someone's life, and I hope as people read this they realize that putting that trust in a perfect day should be given to someone that seems to share a mutual enthusiasm to make it enjoyable and Jennifer almost went out of her way to ensure my business will be earned elsewhere.
