I am very dissatisfied with the corporate office of guaranty bank. I opened an account with this bank in 2013. at that time I was told that I owed $381.68. I paid that claim in full, and was allowed to open an account. now I have just been informed that the balance is still outstanding and I am not allowed to use the credit builder program that this bank offers. I find this extremely disappointing be it that your offering a service to help people restore their credit. and the creditability of the bank to properly reinstate a claim is terrible. there is no way I should be hearing that I can't use a service based on a claim that was paid in full almost 2yrs ago. the rating that I give the corporate office is zero

WORST BRANCH EVER!!! Do not, I repeat do not go to this branch unless you want to deal with some slow, rude, & awfully nasty bank tellers. I have never waited so long in a branch in my life. And don't even ask for the manager, the tellers look at you like deer in headlights. The manager can't answer simple questions and he is so very rude to you when you want a minute of his time. The drive thru line moves at a glacial pace. I've never had to deal with so many people in one bank at one time that can't answer simple questions. If you want good service this is DEFINITELY NOT the branch to go to!

I absolutely love this branch! All of the people who work there are very attractive, especially the Mexican guy who always wears sweater vests. I would drive from across country just to go to this branch!

I came to Guaranty Bank at 27th Street and the employees are very polite and respectful. The employees are very helpful and understands your banking needs. They are very profosional.

This branch has the best customer service ever!!!!!! They have really handsome guys working there and they are so polite. The young ladies that work there are very nice also. Everytime I walk into this bank I feel like family. I miss the tall bald guy that use to work there he was weird but nice. I like the fact that you have bilingual people working for your company.

Everytime I go in there they are very fast, friendly and I feel very comfortable with the staff there. I also bank at other financial institutions and they are very serious with no humor, the on on 27th street they are excellent branch they make me feel like family.

I love the people at this branch. Everyones so laid back and nice, not to mention everyone who works there is SEXY!!
