Rick and his team at Guardian Investment recently helped my mom sell her house and they went out of their way to help with everything that needed to be done to expedite the sale. They have a team of professionals that got things done from updating electrical, performing repairs and the clean out, removal and disposal of unwanted items. Our family is so grateful for Rick who negotiated a great price for our Mom as well as a timely and smooth closing. Thanks again!!!

At times, they are a good real estate company, but they are very poor at giving proper notice. It is a law to give proper notice and tenants have asked multiple times for proper notice and they didn't follow. They also never answer phone calls and rarely answer emails. Again not the worst I've had but they could improve.

No response when you call. I have rented from crappy companies in the past, but they would at least get back to me when I call. Or they would pick up their phone during office hours like a normal company should.

No follow through you call them they never answer they never call you back but I bet if you owe them some money you will hear from them

OMG WORST COMPANY EVER I WAS SUPOSE TO MOVE APRIL 15 TH PAID THEM SIGNED LEASE..THEN THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T FIND THE KEYS..COME BACK TOMORROW ...NXT DAY OHH WE CAN GET A HOLD OF THE LOCKSMITH...NEXT DAY OHH YOU CAN MEET THE LOCKSMITH & GET THE KEYS...LOCKSMITH NEVER SHOWED UP..NEXT DAY OH THE LAST RENTERS ARE STILL IN THE HOUSE...ONE MONTH LATER..OHH THE LAST RENTERS JUST MOVED OUT GIVE IT A FEW DAYS..FEW DAYS LATER OHH THE LOCKSMITH WILL CHANGE THE LOCK...WHATEVER!!THE LIES THEY TELL IS CRAZY..THE CHINESE GIRL WHI ANSWER THE PHONE CLEARLY IS PAID TO LIE & SHE'S GETTING GOOD AT IT.....

This is the worst reality company in the Milwaukee area. We had a broken stove and it took them a good 3 months to come out and fix and when they did they a really uneven slot to put it in on our countertop. Whenever we had an issue the front desk lady would put us on hold for 45+ mins and then hang up; or she would NEVER answer during business hours. When we would actually talk and ask to talk to someone else she would say she would give them the message but we would never receive a return phone call. The only times we would sometimes actually get a hold of someone who knew what was going on would be if we drove ALL the way down there but that was still a 50-50 chance. I'm not quite sure why they have business hours if no one can help. The house was not well kept up when we first moved in either. (Paint all over the trim, holes in doors) no use in trying to get them to fix that either.

Great place to rent from! I recommend it!
