Bad neighborhood and bad management! I lived here for 8 months. Keith the fix it guy steals electronic equipment from tenants apartments while management does nothing. This apartment complex is in the ghetto - same area that Jeffrey Dahmer murdered all of those people. So if you like rampant drug use, staggering alcoholics and the smell of weed permeating the lobby this is the place for you; be warned and steer clear.
