I don't know if it is the owner, or just a driver, but every single Friday towards the end of the business day, this a-hole comes down my block, parks on the wrong side of the street, facing the wrong way. Then he proceeds to let a big German Shepherd run wild without a leash, peeing and pooping all over the place near a small playground where kids play. There are large white signs with green lettering that state, per the City of Milwaukee, that there are no animals allowed, let alone ones without a leash (the City of Milwaukee has a leash law), running free, and peeing and pooping all over. The guy is in his 50's to 60's, and Hispanic with a short haircut. Not only is it illegal, but not wise with a company vehicle that has the name of the business and phone number on it. The next time it happens, I am taking pictures to send to the police, including pics of him, the dog, the vehicle, and license plate.
