They gave me the lowest price out of all the contractors I contacted but since they were so highly rated on BBB/NARI I went with them. I was NOT impressed. They NEVER answer the phone, you always have to leave a message and rarely do they actually call back. I had to email them to get a response which was usually 1-2 days later. I was told that once I put down my 50% deposit I would be put on the schedule. I sent it in and didn't hear anything for a week so I emailed them several times as to when they would start. I was finally told 2 1/2 wks later they'd be starting in 2 wks. I was told the job would take about a week but it took 3 due to a worker only showing up 2-3 days/week sometimes only for 30-40 min. I wouldn't have minded if they would have kept us updated on the status of the work but whomever showed up would come and go without saying anything. I think the actual work done was average and a few days after it was completed I had to have the phone company come out and fix a wire they knocked loose during the job (which cost me an extra $55). Again, you get what you pay for :(
