Kang's Tae Kwon Do is an outstanding school to study martial arts. I have been a student for over 5 years and had the true achievement of earning my black belt. Master Kang is a truly devoted teacher, instructing people of all ages in self-defense. He is still an active learner as well, as he earned his seventh degree black belt giving him the title "Grand Master." His House of Discipline focuses on the core Tae Kwon Do tenets of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. We, students strive to be champions of freedom and justice and to use our skills to build a more peaceful world. Even children are welcome. Master gears focus to school work and respecting adults in the child's life. I highly recommend pursuing an ancient Korean art at Master Kang's dojang. Pil Sung!

Retired, semi-active and 73 years old, I joined Master Kang's self defense classes in August of 2012. I knew my flexibility, balance and energy level were notably declining. Within two years Master Kang has substantially improved my overall physical condition and general well being. Master Kang is a fantastic teacher and is very good at identifying individual learning styles to help his students reach their full potential.
