Extremely disappointed in Katie and her staff. Not only did they overdose my son on medication but they were extremely difficult to communicate with in order to fix the issues we were having. I left several sobbing messages and the nurse told me sometimes it could take a day or two to return the call. Not a good response time when you're dealing with patients with neurological issues.
