*Warning* Deals are Deceiving! 40 years of service and they are still not men of their word. First, their financial guy Jeff is really rude. Short temper guy, asking any questions he becomes irratated and frustrated, poor customer service skills. Secondly Bob their sales/ scheduling guy, he said he would fix the car's problem when I bought it. We set up appointments to go to local shops of their choice and there was nothing done to the car. The car was not fixed and the problem was not solved after taking the car to 2 different shops. He clearly was just trying to wait out the one month for the car's warrenty to kick in. After the third time I called he said he would set me up, he never called after our irate conversation. Very disappointed in this business and their 40 years of service. It makes me doubt other small car dealers hurting their image. Again these guys are sales men they don't care about you, their just trying to make an easy buck.

they received my car on Tuesday, 3/2/2016. they said it was the timing belt and that it would be ready wednesday evening. it wasnt ready, thursday morning was told, that evening. it wasnt ready , then was told friday at 1:00 , still wasnt ready. around 5:00 friday we, my wife and i , were told in about 15 min. we get there and the care still wont start. it currently friday 3/4/2016, and its still not fixed, so i gave in made them put it back together so that it can be towed somewhere else. so you decide how good of a service experience that was. ...........several hrs later they gave back all labor charges. the actual owners were very apologetic.

Awsome smart,and very honest place,ive heard alot of unethical things about shops around milwaukee but i can honestly say this one is not that kind,had some work done recently and it was a great experiance,i highly recommend this service center.
