In the fall of 2015, I took my snowblower in for a $125.00 tuneup. The owner (King) started my snowblower when I picked it up. When I need to use it the winter 2015/2016 it would not start, it has not started again since the day I picked it up. I call King to inform his in the spring 2016. He said I waited to long to call him. I told him, with my work schedule, travels, and getting help to transport my snowblower became an obstacle for me to address the matter sooner. He repeated that I had waited too long to call him, there was nothing he could to for me and those are his rules, then he hung up the phone.
