Provided by YP.comDiana is the worst, she never returns phone calls unless she knows she can make money off of you. We ended up switching to a new agent and had to cancel our coverage with her, she didn't give us the necessary information up front on how to properly cancel our coverage and then proceeded to charge us for months. We ended up finding out from another person who worked for her all the steps involved and had to be back paid for all the additional charges. She never apologized or took accountability for this. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone.
