Dr. Kotlyar completed her residency in 2015 from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Science and Medicine in North Chicago. Dr. Kotlyar evaluates and treats adults with psychiatric illness, including mood, anxiety and psychotic disorders as well as eating disorders, sexual/gender concerns, sleep and substance use disorders. Dr. Kotlyar is also fluent in Russian.
