I've been living in one of their apartments for about 3 months. I've never received a copy of my lease, I receive no receipt for my rent payments. I've mentioned to the landlord that there is a leak in the bathroom and it has gone unanswered. I asked for a copy of my lease and I've not received that either. I asked whether I could paint these patches on the wall, yep, no damned response. I'll be moving out very soon. I'll send a letter as soon as I am approved for another place. If I could give them less than one star then I would.

I've been living in one of their units for over a 1yr and a half. And the only reason I cudnt move out is because I was gonna be braking my lease. My first four months was hell. First off I paid rent in October. My move in was to be in Nov.November comes around I paid my rent deposit. Mind you know I had already paid them the security deposit. When I saw the unit it was nasty with Roaches. And big hole on the rest room ceiling. It took them until after December to fix the ceiling. Then I had an old neighbor from hell move back into the unit upstairs. Who's dog ripped my daughters jacket off her back. First off y'all need to know that the lease say's no dogs. But the landlords didn't say anything the dog was aming for my daughter's arm. And now I want to move out and their refusing to sign my homestead papers so I can be done with these people at Kral Management LLC.

Great office and atmosphere. Much more upbeat than I'm used to at other brokerages. Agents were knowledgeable and nice.
