I have never been treated so poorly by a towing service. I currently work in Law Enforcement and have been for over 15 years. I have dealt with many towing companies over the years, but after being treated in such an unprofessional, impolite and rude manner I would never recommend Lou's to my worst enemy. The manager hung up on me after after I called inquiring about the 2 1/2 hour wait for the arrival of a tow. When the driver contacted me by phone to inform me he was finally at the towing site he stated in a rude and discourtesy manner that if i wasnt there in 5 min he would leave. I pulled up within a few minutes and the tow driver drove off. When I contacted the manager of Lou's regarding he yelled and stated that his tow guy would not be towing my vehicle and hung up. Unbelievable!! Like they have such a complicated and stressful profession. You tow cars for a living, its not hard, doesnt take much competence. Try not to display so much of your ignorance by towing the wrong vehicle and then getting upset with the customers vehicle you were suppose to tow. You were provided with the customers name contact info., and year, make, model and the destination. How does one screw that up. Don't patronize it's not in your best interest.

The service was prompt, professional, and friendly.
