MPI has been a great partner for six years. They are professional, quick to respond, and can navigate any difficult situation. They've also made expert recommendations that have lowered my expenses and increased profitability.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE IDIOTS!

We would have thought that renting one of their higher end properties would mean we would at least get a bit better service... not a chance. The office staff is the worst!!!! They are nothing but attitude, they will blow you off for months when you need something fixed, they will never return your call so don't bother leaving a message, this is BY FAR the worst management company i have rented from in Milwaukee. I agree with the below comment, minus stars are needed here. I will not be renewing my lease with this hot mess of a company. I will give them one thing though, when the maintenance staff actually comes, they are very nice. But that's about it.

Very careless company...deserves minus stars

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with in any sort of business. They don't return calls, pass the buck from employee to employee, and no one seems to be 'in charge' or accountable for concerns. I rented a property from them. Not only were there several things broken while I rented that took months and finally a stop payment of rent to fix, ( air conditioner broke in summer and they didn't fix for over a month, dishwasher also took over a month to fix, washing machine broke, was never fixed) but when I finally moved out they charged me for fixing these items aganist my security deposit. It is the homeowners responsibility to keep up and maintain appliances and warentees not the renters! These people are crooks! Stay far away!! If I could give NO stars I would

In my 3 years using MPI Property Management to manage my property MPI has had to take care of several emergency situations for me and have them very professionalmanner. They also have responded well to many non-emergency situations. They maintained excellant control of my property.

MPI has the management responsibility for several properties I currently own. I have found the staff to be very thorough and professional in my dealings with them. I have been very happy with the way they take care of problems and I have been overall pleased with their service dept.

The first year using MPI to rent out my home has been a hassle free experience. They have shown us that they care my husband and me and our property. They have also trteated us as if their clients matter to them. They are doining a professional job for us.
