I went to redeem my Groupon, and was told that I had to use the entirety of the Groupon's value ($40) on that same day. I was surprised, and felt like the person working didn't care that I was confused. On the actual details of the Groupon, it says the promotional value has to be used by a certain date... but that the rest of the value of the Groupon can be used later. The deal was $40 worth of dry cleaning for $20. I assumed this meant that you must use $20 by a particular date, and the other amount can be used by a set future date. Why make this distinction (between promotional value and remaining value) if you have to use it all at once? I wasn't prepared to use it all so ended up only using $36 and was told I would lose the remaining value. I think this is kind of cheap trick, especially given the conflicting/ confusing language set forth by the deal and what I was told when I went to use the Groupon. I will not be using Natural Cleaners services again.

It seems they aren't all that interested in really making their customers happy. They wouldn't redeem my $40 Groupon just because it wasn't presented at the time of drop-off. The biggest problem I have with the experience is that they just didn't seem to care and weren't willing to negotiate at all. Perhaps my customer service expectations are too high but for $60 in cleaning I expect better. After I get an opportunity to use my Groupon I will definitely never give them my business again.
