I went to North Shore a couple of years ago and they were so professional that when I had an accident that's where I went for repairs. The parts were on backorder(due to Covid) so they ended up having my car since August(I got it back today). I was provided a loaner car and when I started having problems with it, they came to my house, towed it away and brought another car! When I received my car today, it was all cleaned up for me. Whenever I called I was ALWAYS greeted in a friendly and professional manner...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Been there many times. Wouldn't consider anyplace else. The owner is very professional and personable. Staff is very helpful. They know what they are doing and do it well.

NSC(North Shore Collision) They treat you like you are family. Would send anyone that needs work on their car. Max is the best along with the rest of their staff.

Max and his staff did an awesome job getting my beautiful car back together after my accident. I was provided a loaner car for 3 weeks! I was able to pick it up and drop it off onsite without any inconvenience to me at all. His staff also went the extra mile making sure that I approved my out of pocket cost after the insurance company flaked on me. My car was even detailed, which was an unexpected surprise!!! I am here to stay as a customer regardless of what car I own!

Max and his team are amazing at what they do and very professional. They’ve never let us down and continue to do excellent work on several of our vehicles over the last 5 years. If you’re wondering if you should try them out, I say do it! You won’t be sorry.

I must say first impressions are everything for me. NCS was referred to me. I called for a repair estimate for my side mirror on my Chevy Impala. Ashley answered the phone pleasantly, it was refreshing. Ashley gave me advice on what I should do and provided an estimate. I was surprised by the price as well. I look forward to doing much more business with NCS.

The service and people were exceptional! I would highly recommend anyone get their vehicle serviced here. The price is very competitive and the work was done in a timely maner.

I highly recommend North Shore Collision. car was inMy a accident and I didn't have anyone to tow it. They picked up my car with no problem. They also gave me a rental to drive while my car was getting fixed. They do a AWESOME job on your car. If there's a problem they will fix it with no problem. Mack, I will be back to patronize.
