I just recently started bringing my cat and dog here who both have special needs and they love this place. They come home happy and worn out from playing. The staff is so wonderful and knowledgeable and the facility is spotless. You'd never know any animals reside there. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for exceptional care for their fur babies.

Extremely clean facility. Well kept, one acre, fenced in yard for dogs to enjoy. Friendly, well educated, hand picked staff with guidance from a Veterinary Technician with 30-years experience. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family with pets and wouldn't hesitate to bring my own.

I have been a visiting this business for years. I am impressed how well maintained the facilities are. I find the animals to be so happy and playful. The cleanliness is top notch. The prices are reasonable. The staff is great.

We have used Pet Connection numerous times in the last year for our small(10 pound) teddy bear dog. The Pet Connection is absolutely outstanding, with a knowledgeable, caring staff and a great facility. It’s also nice to know that the owner has an animal health background in case our dog should ever become ill while staying at Pet Connection. We plan to use Pet Connection extensively in the future and strongly recommend the facility.

I have boarded my small terrier at North Shore Pet Connection for the past 10 years on a regular basis when I travel out of town for both business and pleasure. My dog is ALWAYS excited and extremely happy coming here!!! There have been times when she needed special attention for some medical ailments she was going through and the staff would always take extremely good care of her. I TRUST THIS FACILITY AND STAFF COMPELTELY and will continue to take my animals there without question. It is a great facility with a truly caring and compassionate staff!!

North Shore Pet Connection is nothing less than a five star establishment! I've known the owner, Diane, for over three decades! We are both veterinary technicians and started working together in 1980.

I am shocked and disgusted about the TMJ 4 'coverage' of the fatal event of a dog grabbing another dog around the neck. TMJ 4 obviously doesn't understand animal behavior(s). Anytime animals are together (pet day cares, dog parks, wildlife parks, and zoos) animals can and do attack other animals.

The recent death of the dog at North Shore Pet Connection was a sad accident, in no way the fault of the establishment. I have worked there, and as a veterinary technician can say that it is the best pet care facility I've ever encountered. The pets are cared for extremely well and there is a great concern for safety (separating aggressive dogs and putting like size dogs together).

Everyone is saddened by the unfortunate death of the dog, but for the dog's owners and TMJ 4 to 'slam' North Shore's reputation, is unfair and without truth.
