I am so very disappointed in the lack of customer service and respect that I received from this so called place of business. I made an effort to patronize a local small business only to be treated like they could care less about providing the service I paid for. I went in to purchase a fridge. It was the weekend, so I was told it would be delivered the following Mon. between 5-9. I was also promised they would remove my old fridge. They finally arrived about 9:15 pm. Dropped off the fridge but refused to take the old one because there was a copper wire connected for an ice maker. They said once I have it removed they would come back to get the old fridge. A day or so later I called to make a request for pick up. Was told it would be scheduled for 3 days later. Keep in mind I live only 5 minutes away from the store. The Friday delivery day came and went. No call...No show.. No answer when I called. Next day I called and was told I wasn't on the schedule. It would be Monday before they could come. Keep in mind I had to call both stores at least 4 times and was placed on hold for more than 20 minutes. Always promised a return call, but never received one. On Monday, waited between the hours of 5-9 with No call...No show...and no answer when I called the store. How frustrating is it to have two refridgerators in the middle of the floor for 10+ days and not be able to use the new one at all??? The blatant disregard that was shown by the Manager and the clerk is deplorable. When I called on Tue. I was hung up on by Keyona. I would not recommend this business to my enemy!!
