I would not recommend anyone move here!

They are completely insane with rent price. 515 a month to live in a TRAILER???? LOL. You could live in a decent apartment, or even rent a small cottage on a couple acres elsewhere. My grandfather unfortunately lives there and they try to scam him by charging 75 an hour if he doesn't mow his lawn on time. They are sneaky and extremely capitalistic. Also if you have a couple grand to buy a new trailer DO NOT put it here, COMPLETE SCAM. You will be paying over a thousand a month with mortgage and lot rent Seek elsewhere!

These people are so unprofessional ithe is extremely unreal. First they will collect an application fee of $50 from you only to deny you for false reasons. Helen needs to simply retire with her bitter self. They said I had an eviction that was still outstanding which is false I offered to provide proof and was told she didn't care. Obviously. The information they claim they have to deny me is completely inaccurate and they won't even allow you to show them the truth. They cost me a lot of money that was put down on a property. I even offered to pay a years worth of lot rent for their slab of concrete but still got a no. If I was the owner sue which I left many messages with that I'm sure they never passed the message I would seriously rethink the customer service used while representing this place. Never would I recommend someone to go here and be treated the way both myself and my mother have been treated. It's sad they don't have - negative stars
