UPDATE 7/4: Still no cooperation from the owner on the damage to my car. My insurance company is not getting cooperation either. I have now reached out to the Poor Richard Regional office in IL for help. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! While the attendants are polite, they do 'see' the situation, I believe they do not have the authority to do what is right. Their jobs are on the line. Rob Ramzam is the owner.





I recommend staying away from Poor Richards, specifically DO NOT USE THEIR CAR WASH. The end of May I took my car to be washed and the arm of the 'touchless' system scratched the side of my car and shut down when it hit my mirror. The owner of Poor Richards says that it is impossible since it is a 'touchless' system. Well, I have pictures and the attendant on duty came and saw the damage. The owner refused to give me the name of his insurance. He is not cooperating with my insurance company either. I used this place for years and am disappointed in the unethical approach he is using.
