I have been a customer of Pro Nails in Plymouth, WI for a couple years and they do an outstanding job. I usually make an advance appt., but they do accept walk ins, but be prepared to wait as they are very busy. They are fast, and efficient and do a great job on gel nails, as well as pedicures. I recommend.

Horrible service nails lasted a week and waa snappped on by the owners cauas they didnt want to fix them.

If the technician did a shoddy job on the nails, do not expect for it to be fixed.



I went in for shellac nails and she did a very bad job. There was lint on her brush and it was shellaced onto my nails. When I came home I noticed the awful job. I went back the following day and she wouldn't fix it. She said that it's hard to tell when there's lint on the brush and nails. She offered for me to come back next time at a discounted rate. WHAT A SCAM!!!!



I feel that she is not qualified to do a decent job. I would not recommend this place at all for nails.

I visited Pro Nails on Monday, September 17th, 2012. I heard of this place from a coupon I had found online. I am so glad I found it. I came in and got seated right away. The woman helping me was Maisee and was very pleasant and attentive to my needs and wants. I have to say, of my 12 years of getting my nails done, I've never seen my nails look so great. She was also concerned about hurting me, which no one has ever been concerned about. The place is small, but clean. I was very happy that it was extremely sanitary. Plus, everyone speaks English so they are very easy to understand. From what I hear, the old management was horrible here. They have now changed management and everything seems wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone and recommend you ask for Maisee.
