called me which paid me MORE than twice as much as QPS was paying, $20.50. Of course if it was anyone else Im sure you would had done the same thing with NO HESITATION. I received a letter about my entry card and id, that if ever terminated or quitting to return the id's and entry card to them fro the company. As read I FOLLOWED directions. I returned both my id and entry card to the company. Before payday came along I had specifically requested direct deposit because I saw no point in driving down 25 minutes south just to pick up my check they had said everything was set and my check should be direct deposited. Payday comes and I see no check. I call and FRANSICA answers and gives me an attitude and says I can't get my check until I return my id's and entry card and that they had my check and was not going to direct deposit it. I m like I DID. Then she tells me that I can't pick up the check until after 2 that's if she verifies things by that time. It's understandable that the cards should be returned, which I did, but they should had been more specific and said returned to them. What was I suppose to know. The company gives me the if and entry card and says to return it to them. QPS says to return it to them. **confused** Figuring I worked 3rd shift and gave it to the third shift supervisor I figured she wouldn't be there to let them know if I returned it or not, figuring that I waited until 8:30- 9 am to call for my check. So I decided to call the company I was working at to verify if the 3rd shift supervisor had left it with HR or something so they can verify that I had returned the items already. HR respectfully says that they had already received everything and would email FRANSICA so I would be able to pick up my check. I drive 25 minutes down south to pick up my check. Fransica, still with attitude, screams out at me atleast like 10 feet away from me " WHY DID YOU CALL THEM FOR?" I'm like, EXCUSE ME??.... I'M HERE TO PICK UP MY CHECK THAT "I" WORKED FOR, WHICH IS HOW YOURE GETTING YOUR INCOME TOO?? I THINK I HAD MY RIGHTS TO CALL TO VERIFY IF HR RECEIVED THE ITEMS OR NOT FIGURIN I GAVE IT TO 3RD SHIFT SUPERVISOR AND THEY MAY NOT HAVE GIVING IT TO HR YET. This lady just kept going on and on and on, I'm like I dont have time to wait for you to take your sweet time on getting me my check, because when I got there at like 9-9:30 a.m she was just sitting at her desk, leaned back, giggilin and chewin on an apple. But still she wass still going on and on and on then finally says "gorget it, this is a waste of my time," No sh it sherlock, just give me my dang check and still even then she almost didn't even give it to me. WORST STAFF MEEMBERS EVER.

I had an experience with a Fransica at this temp agency. I had gotten laid off at my oold job that pays 18 dollars and 2.50 premium which would then make it 20.50. So i decided to apply here at QPS. I live about 25 minutes north of this temp. They found me a job which was 10 minutes away from my house. The first day I had to drive 25 minutes south back to the temp agency and ride a bus to work which is 10 minutes from my house. When I got to QPS my first night, I was obviously working third shift getting paid $8.64, there was no one there to let me know what bus I'm suppose to take. No check ins or anything at all. I had my husband drop me off because where this temp agency is located its just not a safe place to leave my car at. So we drove 25 minutes down south to this temp agency and got there a little before 9:30 p.m. GAS WAS NOT CHEAP AT ALL. My husband drove the car back 25 minutes home. I took there so called shuttle bus/van back PASS my house and 25 and more north another 10 and got to the company a little passed 10 p.m. I start time is 10:45 p.m. Here I am stuck outside by self. There was no way for me to get in but to wait for other employees to get there. So I waited and 10:30 p.m. comes by. Finally I got in. The company I was sent to actually had really nice people who worked there. But then of course I quit 3 days later, calling QPS and letting them know too, BECAUSE my old job
