December 28, 2015 at 11am my mom and I came to return a pair of shoes. The coworker told us if we want it exchange or return my mom and I said return. So when she done giving us our momey my mom decided to shop around to see if there's anything else my mom wants and yes we found some clothing that we want but the rude part is that there's two coworkers working. One is asian and the other is african American. The african American said to the asian coworker saying "oh I thought they wanted to return not exchange" and they both started laughing. First of all, you shouldn't be saying such an nonsence while a customer is still in the store. Second, I don't give a two cents if we want to return or exchange the product it's by us customers to decide. I will never go back to this store anymore due to rude customer service. I can proudly say this is the first time I ever write an rude review on a store. A retail store like this should actually make your customers happy about the service but for my experience for going there for the first time will be mt last time! I'm asian as well and it's very disrespectful of there service.
