I have gone to Rethreads on numerous occasions to buy clothes and have had a very nice experience. However, the two times I have gone there to attempt to sell clothes I have been treated in a very condescending and rude manner. The most recent time I went to sell items they took five items and put them on the floor without working out a deal first. They gave me $13. Then, without my consent they donated the rest of the items valued at $65. To "compensate" for their mistake they gave me $4 and told me that I should have been more clear about wanting my items back. I specifically told them that anything they didn't want I would like back. It was even written on their reciept. All they kept repeating was "It was donated. Donated means it's gone." I was treated like an idiot and lost quite a few nice items. I am not a huge fan of this store. Customer service and management need to learn how to treat people with respect and consideration.
