I would not be surprised if most of these positive reviews are paid. I have had nothing but a horrible experience with schulhof properties. Management is an absolute joke. The manager (Jeremy) acts like you are a massive inconvenience to him and that's even if he gets back to you. I would avoid dealing with them at all cost if you are reading this review. Although if you are forced to take part in their monopoly make sure your apartment is in good condition, I have had my apartment over a year now and they have not fixed a single problem I have had (total of 5 issues to far). I'm also thinking about including screenshots of the extremely inappropriate emails I received from the manager. He writes at a 3rd grade level and if he doesn't like how you request or ask something he will just stop responding all together.

Last fall, I contacted Karen at Schulhof Properties. She answered the phone! No other properties even bothered to return messages or e-mails. I set an appointment, she confirmed the morning of, and she was on time. We had discussed the properties beforehand and narrowed it down to three. The first one we looked at was perfect. I was ready to sign the lease. Karen had another appointment so she showed me where the office was. It took about 2 minutes to walk there. She had already called in the information and the paperwork was ready. I looked at a lot of places and had nothing but stress. I was so relieved that I didn't sign somewhere else. This whole experience was so enjoyable. I had a question this week and texted Karen. Although she is no longer employed there, she returned my text within minutes (before 8 am) with the information I needed. She was such a great "first impression" of Schulhof. I will miss knowing that she is there.

I've have the best experience with schulhof properties that i never had before, everyday they have people cleaning the building making look nice, i can make any maintenance call or if i left my keys i can call at anytime even midnights they always come. Never problem with anything compare with another buildings schulhof is the best in everything����

How does this company get this many positive reviews? The staff are unresponsive, and in my case, outright lied to me about the condition of my unit. Do yourself a favor and avoid this rental company.

Had to find a new place at the last minute and they were extremely helpful! I'm all moved in to my new apartment now, and I couldn't be happier with it! They're great!

The properties are nice and decently priced. I have not had any difficulties with management and they helped me even when I broke my key. Good service and professionalism.

As a grad student who just wants a no fuss living situation, Schulhof is great. The building is quiet (with the exception of the occasional Saturday night party), and the staff is friendly and laid back.

Schulhof Management is great at returning phone calls and answering questions. They fixed all maintenance issues within 2 days. Probably going to resign for next year.

Schulhof management has proved to be very attentive and helpful with maintenance issues. If you report a problem in your apartment, it is resolved very quickly (usually the same day). The staff is friendly and on top of their game.

I have just renewed my lease with Schulhof Properties. I love my apartment, it is spacious and suits my needs. The staff from top to bottom is very friendly and helpful, especially the accountant.

I've parked at a Schulhof lot for a year now and have been happy with their services. They are responsive when somebody parks in my spot and the lot is easily accessible.

This is my first year living at the Schulhof properties and I must say they couldn't be more student friendly, I had a pipe clog recently and maintenance was at my door within 10 minutes of the call. Rent is relatively cheap and the properties are well kept. If you are looking for apartments around Marquette or just cheaper living, I recommend them !
