Dont buy here!! Our furniture is falling apart in only 2 months!! They will not fix or accept returns and have no warranty!!!! They do not answer calls and transfer to voicemail and refuse to return my calls. Bought last set at Bachman at it lasted 9 years-was still in good shape when we got rid of this. Steinhafels: 2 months and we need a new set!!

Ordered a sofa, love seat, and recliner special order on July 7, 2007 with expected delivery date of 9/30/2007. Received notice every month that it was delayed another month. Since, it was special order I was advised that I could not get out of the contract for 120 days or they would charge a cancellation fee of what I put down on the entire set (33%). Still have not received furniture as of 11/6/07 (122days). They are holding my living room hostage and will not refund my money so I can get it elsewhere. They just delayed my order another two weeks. I would say don't order anything special order or put any money down with these guys, because they will take advantage of the contract you sign. Bad business as far as I can tell. Has anyone else lost their money, would consider a class action suit.
