I experienced very poor customer service. I drove 45 minutes, paid for parking, then waited another twenty minutes for my hair dresser to see me for my appointment. I sat in the chair for about ten minutes while she told me how she thought my hair was too damaged to do what I wanted, which was fine, but how she kept picking at my hair made my experience very awkward. Salons are supposed to make you feel beautiful, however she treated me very poorly, and I left with very low self esteem after her comments, and she seemed to not care at all about how much trouble I went though to make my appointment.
