Ms. Person is hard to get a hold of VIA phone, voicemail or email for questions. Her billing department is a 3rd party, which makes paying bills difficult. She will answer text messages but I don't necessarily feel texting is appropriate in this situation. It seems she prefers to change meds around and discontinue your current ones because she deems they are "not fit/suitable" without much discussion. She seems nice enough. The office is very calming, charming and well decorated.
