We had Scot from Towne & Country Building Inspection inspect a home we were to purchase in May of 2017 but, the deal feel through and we lost the house. The first person my wife and I thought of without hesitation for the next home inspection was Scot. Once again, Scots knowledge of home inspection paid off and by him inspecting the home we lost, he was able to help us understand the difference in each home. We have been in our home since June 2017. I am writing this in February 2018, looking back we are enjoying our home and Towne & Country Building Inspection will forever be apart of our home story.

In my opinion you should AVOID AT ALL COST, and I believe they are not honest people! They changed their website by deleting the roof inspection from the services they claim to offer. They did this after I discovered the roof on a nine year old Westridge Builders Brookside V home was defective due to Certainteed organic shingles that were part of a class action lawsuit. See my other review for evidence of this. They have a BBB claim, and they appear to delete negative reviews. Take a look at the picture of the shingles on my roof and you decide.

They did not properly identify the defective Certainteed class action lawsuit shingles on a ten year old Westridge Builders Brookside V model home. They stood in the driveway and took a picture of the roof - that was the extend of the roof inspection. When I found out about this after I bought the house, they said I didn't hire them to do a roof inspetion. They are not honest people. They are not going to help you when your inspection goes wrong because of their negligence.
