If I could give them no stars I would! They were suppose to replace my screen on my older iPad and put a screen protector on. Well supposibly they did but they did a crappy job. There were fingerprints on the inside of the screen and with in a month the screen broke again because there was no screen protector on it. Well then we opened it up more and found they haven’t replaced most of the screws for the inside and didn’t clean the old adhesive off the iPad before replacing the screen. For over a hundred dollars it was not worth it.
Oh after the screen broke again and I noticed there was no protector on it, I called the store and they said they couldn’t do anything do anything with out a receipt but they also never offered me one!!!!
