Very nice store and nice staff. The best store to purchase Ashley Furniture for less. The service crew are nice and they assemble my furniture for me and they were so professional

I purchased a twin mattress from them. The delivery guy was very rude. He was supposed to come on Thursday night did not show up or call to say he would not make it.



Then he called me Friday morning at work to tell me he was on his way to deliver it. I told him I was at work and he asked what time I got off. I told him 6pm. Then he just hung up on me without setting up another time to deliver



I called the store and they said they would make sure to deliver it Friday night. Once again, no call no show.



I called them on Saturday afternoon and once again asked why no one delivered. I was told well they tried to come but you told them you were at work. Um yes because I work during the day. And delivery was scheduled for Thursday night and then Friday night, not Friday morning.



Anyway finally on Saturday late afternoon a different guy delivered and was very apologetic and that is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1.

Avoid! Dishonest store which does not give full information about its product, sells refurbished mattresses without marking or telling you that its refurbished, not having a cash refund policy and charging 15% restocking fee on top of that.
