Provided by YP.comWe arrived a little after 4pm to mail our Passport. They showed me that the envelop was still open to accept our passport and would not make an exception to go through what would have taken 2 minutes of their time.....there were no lines, they were not busy. But of course, rules are rules! No wonder the the U.S. Postal System is in trouble. A job with rigid rules where people cannot think on their feet! What an asset to our country!!!!
