I don't know why this location is still open! They were supposed to deliver my package on Saturday. It was on the truck, somehow they sent a message to headquarters saying there was an emergency and my package couldn't be delivered. They reported that there was freezing rain, there was no such weather on Saturday. I only live a couple of miles from this facility. I know exactly where it is. I have tried several times to get an email address to an actual person that I can file a complaint, the customer service agents refuse. They sent a message twice trying to get the local office to call me to discuss the problem, surprise! Nobody returned my call! I was promised that someone would call me promptly at 10 AM, it is now 1:55 PM and nobody has called. So my advice, if you are reading this, I wouldn't trust them with my packages or business! This location lies about emergencies, use excuses of bad weather...in Wisconsin! It has snowed 2 inches since Saturday, I fear my package is lost and won't be delivered! They just used freezing rain as an excuse
