I brought my Dyson there on March 30, 2010. They told me 1 week. One week + later I called and they said mine would be "the next one they look at". Today is April 13, I called again and they said it would be "the next one they would look at". I told them that is what I heard the last time I called. Some story - Dyson's are hard to repair, or get parts for. I asked if they even looked at it to know what parts may be needed. "no". Then I figured out that if they had to order parts it would be even LONGER if they ever got around to looking at it. They said they might have to order a part from " Chicago, Cincinnati or Europe". That is when I got in my car and got my vacuum the heck out of that hole.



I did not experience the friendly service the other poster seemed to experience.



Be careful and for sure don't bring your Dyson there. I'm not sure what the "plus" stands for in the title. Not service, not speed, not honesty, not nice.
