I bought a wig from this store. Got home adjusted the wig just for it to loosen up. The sew-in seams were unraveling. So I took it back and got home for the the same brand to do the same thing. When I called to let th know they hung up on me and turned the phone off. I've been in the store a number of times for years and never had a bad experience Til then. I don't plan on going back.

I went here in search of some hair for my upcoming wedding! Their team was so helpful. Matching up my hair color to the T. They have an amazing staff very helpful and knowledgable. I will most certainly be returning and recommending them to everyone I know! #valuebeautyfonddulacstaffisamazing

So what time does the store open

I bought some hair from the store they only allow seven days to to return. I try to return a pack of hair never open that was one day after the seven they told me no.... I'm like really just one day u can't Just let it go this one time the said no. I ask for the owner they said own is a business and not around

I have been shopping Value Beauty since it opened,as well as the other 3 stores in the city. Over the years that's thousands of dollars!! So I went in last week to buy a wig and the selection was poor. eventually I did find one I liked an right away and asked if I could wear it out of the store. the worker told me no. and when i asked to speak with the owner, of course he wasnt there. so i say be wise ladies and mindful of who u give ur money to. I guarantee if there was a hair owned by a black woman, you couldn't PAY a Korean or Indian to come in there and buy a darn thing!! THINK!!

Ok ladirs if you won't tell I will, you go in to the store and you find a great wig that you can work with the sales person tells you it the last one the one that's on the head your looking at in your color you ask if you buy it will they take off % on the price sells person says yes you get to the conter with other things as well they try to ring it up and you can not get the % off the price now that you ask for the manager the manager can not over ride their own system to you to % off you say you don't want the wig that you really like manager want to give you one of the other items that your going to buy it's not even addinf=g to the % you would get off the wig I say the store in out of luck I'll that my money some place else these people came in to town just to get your money and don't even hold uop their end as to % off rule I see very little that this store have to offer you sister that like going to stores like this one and I only wish that more of you share comments on sites like this so that others know not to shop at stores like this one. If that not bad won't even waist your time going if your looking for human hair wigs there is very little to choose from.
