Customer service is horribly rude...kept interrupting. We Energies does not care if you have small children, they will make you freeze all day until they feel ready to turn the heat on at 8pm. Very unhappy with them. Horrible experiences everytime I have to deal with them...not to mention they had the wrong number on my account...so it wasnt even me they were calling.

An endless tiresome misdirection from the answering machine. Very unhelpful but in Milwaukee they have a monopoly but still there is simply no excuse for a phone tree that seems designed to frustrate callers. 51 minute wait time? Maybe you should hire some real people to answer the phones, real people who can make decisions based on talking to your real people customers?
