All the employees that I dealt with (office, service and installation) were very helpful, efficient and know about heating. I had my furnace replaced and got all the answers to my questions and concerns right away. I found that each West Allis Heating and Air Conditiong employee to be respectful, trustworthy and accommodating.

Called this business at 8:00 am this morning and was told a tech would be able to come between 12:00-5:00 . He showed up at 12:45. Diagnosis was 79.00 no problem with that. Tech found problem within 5 min, bad main board was the problem. I Was quoted $506.97 for the part. Furnace was still working but it was going to out in a day or so from what tech told me so I agreed for him to replace part. He was at my house for 1 hr. After he left I was just wondering what I could get the part for so I googled Lennox furnace parts. Found midwesthvacparts.com 1-866-982 -4822. Could of got the part delivered in 1-2 days for $153.00 part just plugged in . I feel I was way overcharged for the part. Grand total with part and service call was $618.78 consumers beware

Just had Mario check our air condition unit for our home and the upper unit. He was so kind and explained everything that he was doing and I think that is great customer service. Thank you Mario for the great job!

Just had my second furnace installed by West Allis Heating. As a 30 plus year customer who has used them for repairs and replacement, I have always been impressed with their promptness, honesty and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had them service both my furnace and air conditioner in May of this year. Its now Oct, a bit chilly went to turn the heat on- nothing, no heat. i call and they want to charge me a diagnostic fee, because maintenance is only guaranteed for 30 days. Bull, who turns the heat on in the summer.

I will never use them again, or recommend.

Guess they need their $79.00 more than a satisfied customer.

I called at 6pm on a Sunday night because I had no heat. This was the only place where I reached a live person. The technician called me back within 15 minutes and was to my home within the hour. I will definitely use again.

i called to get an estimate to have a vent moved. a pretty simple task. they charge $80 JUST TO COME AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE!!!! what a joke. how do you people even stay in business?
