I called this establishment at 3:55p on 02/27. I gave the employee my year/make/model and asked if he could program a key that needed to be programmed, NOT cloned, and for which I had a chipped key. The employee promptly quoted me a price. When I asked if he could program two keys for that price--because the dealership told me that they would not charge me to program a second key because it didn't much additional work for two keys as it did one--the guy got excited and said, "WELL GO TO THE DEALER THEN! GO TO THE DEALER!" If you want a guy who's going to get irate when you ask him to match a price, this is the place for you.

I have not been treated so rudely in a long time! I was looking to buy locks for one of my duplexes (I have been using All Safe and Security for 20 years, but was thinking about switching locksmiths, sine All Safe is not open on the weekends). I was asking questions about the locks available, and their rekeying charges. The lobby was quite full, but one of the men behind the counter looked at the guy who was helping me ( he was presenting me with a quote for a $450 order of locks and service), and said " it's too busy in here. You need to help someone else"! RIDICULOUS! Needless to say, I stopped the gentleman helping me, and told him that it seemed he needed to take care of someone else. I was planning to move forward with the purchase, but now I will NEVER set foot in this place again! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!! I wish there was a rating for 0 stars! This place would get it!

I just bought a safe from Whitlows, and the entire experience was terrific. I visited the showroom and Kyle Whitlow was incredibly well informed and very easy to work with. The delivery was on time, and the delivery team was efficient, careful with the whole installation process and it went very smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Whitlows for anything to do with security and safes.

This is a great locksmith. I had my locks rekeyed. They were prompt, friendly and completed the work quickly. The price was exactly what they quoted. I would use them again.
