The worst place ever!!! A RACCOON INFESTED DUMP. Raccoons all over the place here in every dumpster, in the trees and in the APARTMENTS!!! the raccoons some how broke into the soffit outside of my living room window and are now inside the attic they claw, dig, and all around have a party on my ceilings. I haven't gotten a good night sleep in months they make the most noise around 2-3 in the morning, so if you move here I hope you have a 3rd shift job because this situation has affected my job on account that I wake up at 7 for work. If you have small children I wouldn't let them play outside unsupervised. I went to the dumpster and threw in my trash two raccoons hopped out and scared me half to death! Jennifer the manager on site is unprofessional as they get she hung up in my face when I called asking about the issue to see if they would make repairs, switch me to a different unit or letting me out of my lease. 0 out of 5 stars one star is too much for these slumlords!

Lived there for one year and quickly moved out! Packages stolen, Manager telling me if I smoke weed close the window or the neighbors will complain, and who can't forget about the whole building that totally burned down due to a fire in the basement! Make sure to get renters insurance or all your property will be lost! People hanging out by main doors being loud or smoking so you can pretty much heat and smell everything no matter which side of the building you live on! They have a "gym" or what I call grandmas workout room! Very small room with very old equipment! If you like to hate where you live come on by

I disagree with these bad reviews, I have problems taken care of in an orderly fashion and as for Kathy she has been nothing but polite to me. I have not seen any bugs in the basements here, the one thing about the washers and dryers is there is not enough. The heat is always warm, I have had winter days where I was hot even with my thermostat turned off. Yes the so called gym is not realy great and the outdoor pool isnt open as much as it says it should be, however there is also an indoor pool, it is a quiet wooded area, the grounds are kept up pretty well except for Southridge Dr. that is battered with pot holes at times. The rent is cheaper then most apartments in this area and thier are appliences in the apartments that again most places in this area do not offer. As for bees, sure if your windows are open in the summer they may fly in!

These apartments may seem like they offer many amenities but let me assure you, they aren't even worth the cheap rent. The pool and so called club house is dirty and as far as the "gym" area, well if you call a treadmill that doesn't work a gym then i guess it would meet your standards. Although the heat is included, management monitors it so you are just above freezing. The laundry facilities not only have all shapes and sizes of bugs crawling around but often hold washers and dryers that don't work and also damage your clothing. To top things off, the management, specifically Kathy, is rude, uncompromising, and has terrible work ethic. Don't expect to get ahold of anyone when the laundry room is flooded, you have no hot water or you have bees flying all over your apartment because although she has an "EMERGENCY NUMBER" she never responds to it and by the time she gets your message, you'll be flooded, stung by a million bees, and late for work and dirty w/o a shower. I urge you to keep looking when coming across these apartments in Greenfield because winters are hell with no shoveling or plowing, and rent just goes up every year and the customer service and accommodations just keep drastically declining.

Apartments are in disrepair. It is extremely difficult to get tenants' concerns taken seriously & to get important problems fixed! I would not recommend Willowick at all.
