Abysmal. The property manager is negligent. I live in a duplex owned by this "company" and this is by far the worst place i've ever lived, and the downstairs tenants must be his family because there is no other reason to keep such awful tenants. The apartment is cute, but don't be deceived! Things got so bad at this apartment I had to get the police involved and buy mace, just so I wouldn't have to worry as much for my safety. I would give this "company" a zero star rating if I could. I'm only posting this hoping no one else has to go through the same things i've had to with this "company" and the rental properties. Please please please do your homework before renting from them!

The individual running this business is an absolute @$$. My girlfriend and I rent a floor of a duplex from him and he does nothing, whatsoever. Our neighbors downstairs run a daycare in their rental unit and have small children running and screaming around the house early in the morning to late afternoon. They also enjoy vacuuming and screaming at one another before 8:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. After attempting to call the "landlord" several times, we just gave up because he just ignored our voice mails and never returned our calls. The latest and greatest thing that he's done is tell us he was replacing the furnace the next day literally an hour after we purchased $200 of oil to heat the place. After we asked him about what he was going to do about that, he informed us that it was "not his problem" and hung up. DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY BY THIS COMPANY. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! If I could give this less than 1 star, I would.
