Provided by YP.comWorst experience I have ever had at a business. Had 2 remote car starters installed (about $650) here and had to return both cars a total of 10 times because they were not working properly. They claimed to have a range of 1500 feet but they would not work though our apartment windows 30 feet away. I actually made a video and put it on youtube of me trying to start my car and it would not start until I was about 25 feet away in an open parking lot. The owner (Nathan) kept making excuses and wanted us to pay for an upgrade to 2500 feet! I am not looking to start my car from miles away! I just wanted it to work outside my door and work! During our visits to his store, we came across many other customers whose starters were not working properly. I emailed Ziebart corporate offices and they said they could not do much because it was privately owned and he had a franchise license. However they did log my complaint and will review it once he has to reapply for that license. If are having similar issues send a complaint to these addresses: [email protected] ,[email protected], and [email protected]. You will get nowhere with Nathan once he sells you and installs and worthless product and will not uninstall it for a refund even after you still have problems after 10 visits. If I could rate this less than 1 star I would.

Very happy with the service and price. Window tint looks great and never saw any bubbles, which you typically see during the curing process. The paint looks brand new with the Diamond Gloss detailing, and love how the tires shine. Nathan at the Hwy 100 location provides attentive and knowledgeable customer service, and cares about a happy customer. He appears to know the value of long term customer retention.

Provided by YP.comI brought in my 2003 Accord for detailing. Being seven years old, there were a lot of small scratches and the paint had lost it's original luster. All I wanted was a good wax and shine put back into the paint. The manager recommended a high speed polish to help with the scratches and shine because they had it on sale I took him up on his recommendation. When I picked the car up I was absolutely amazed. It truly looked better than the day I picked it up from the dealer. I won't go anywhere else for detailing ever again. Thank you Ziebart!

Provided by YP.comI had a spray in bed-liner put in and when i picked up my truck the truck had adheasive all around the bed area. i told them about this and they told me to wash the truck and it would come off. as soon as i left i washed the truck, and the adheasive was still on the truck. i went back and they told me that they are not resposible for taking off the adheasive.
Mike, I am very sorry for your negative experience. I am not sure why you were told that we would not remove the adhesive left over from the tape lines. We would gladly do that for you whenever you would like. I assume they have probably gone away from normal washing by now as is usually the case, but if we can do anything to make it up to you, please let me know directly. Provided by YP.comI got my windows tinted a couple of months ago and LOVE the work they did. My windows look perfect, you can't even tell I had it done after-market. No bubbles anywhere! Thanks guys! Sorry it took so long to leave my feedback...

Provided by YP.comCall me a perfectionist, but I was not happy with my window tinting from this place. I went back to have it fixed and their idea of fixing it was just putting more adhesive under the film... you could still see the part that was imperfect. I guess they thought that was acceptable... not me... not for the money I paid. Oh well... live and learn.
