The last time I rented from Enterprise they gave me a car that reeked of marijuana - it was horrible - I got back after hours so I wrote a note and left my number to call and never heard a thing. The customer service is usually pretty good but they are consistently HORRIBLE on cleaning the cars and this stench was completely unacceptable!!!

This company has the worst customer service ever.. Do not rent from them.. They cigarettes over 1000.00 for 2 weeks when it was supposed to be 160 for each week.. They add deposit on top of deposit and every person u talk to gives you a different answer.. they charged my card without asking and I ended up with 6 $36 overdraft frees on my bank account... not to mention I work for the bank and almost lost my job... Will never rent from them again!!!!!!
