Let me join the crowd of well satisfied customers of Chet at A-PRO. In less than 30 hours we were ready to start filling again. Beautiful workmanship at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend him. New liner makes for a new-looking pool.

Chet at A-Pro Services went above and beyond the call , to take care of a liner that they had installed a few months earlier in this year. Had some issues with the liner and he made 3-4 visits trying to resolve the issue, and he finally pin pointed the issue. Which wasn't a fault of theirs when the liner was installed. But he graciously got the job done and free of charge.

WOW! This is the first time in my life I've gone with other than the low bidder. It turned out to be one of my best decisions. When Chet submitted his bid, he went over in minute detail what, how and when the job would be done. He followed this schedule to the letter. Chet and Alan were so friendly and easy to do business with. Problems and controversies were non-existent. Our pool looks STELLAR.......

it looks better than when it was new. If you are considering soliciting bids for liner replacement you MUST give these guys a call. On the lighter side, be sure to ask Chet to demonstrate his duck call. :-)

We bought a house with an inground pool that was in just awful shape, and two companies said it either wasn't worth fixing, or couldn't be fixed. One company said they could probably fix it for around $12,000. A-Pro Services came out, bid the repairs at $4500. That sounded cheap, so I checked them out here and everywhere else on the web. Their reputation was stellar, so we hired them. We gave them half the money up front, then the weather got bad. As soon as the weather got warm enough, (a little over a month) they came out and fixed the pool, replaced part of the track, fixed the bottom really nice, and even pressure tested the plumbing, and put in the new liner. It is just BEAUTIFUL. Since the weather got bad, and it was going to delay finishing, we offered to pay more of the money in between, but they wouldn't let us. They finished the job, cleaned up all the mess around the pool, and charged us a total of $4,450. They were really great, and we recomend them very highly!

Recently we had our pool liner replaced. A Pro was wonderful. They did an excellent job. The pool was down 2 days. They even requested tht we call when it got to a certain water level even in the middle of the night. We have had our pool 17 years and have used other companies before finding A Pro. I wish we had known abotu them in the past.

I used A-Pro to replace my liner about 2 years ago. Chet gave me an estimate, ordered my liner, gave me a date when he could put it in, showed up on that date, and did a wonderful job. I could not have been happier with him - or so I thought...I had some trouble with my liner during all the rain we had earlier this summer - it was my fault, not the liner - anyway, I called Chet he came right out and fixed my liner. He would not let me pay him for his services! I tell everyone I know about A-Pro. I wish there were clones of Chet in every service buisness that I need.

My pump would not come on so I called Chet based on the other reviews. He was on a job when I first called, and asked if he could call me back. When I talked to him next he had me confused with someone else, and promised to be at my house that day. About 15 minutes later he called back and explained that he had me confused with another customer, and he thought I was on the other side of Oklahoma City where he had all his jobs booked that day. Even though I told him not to worry about it and to come another day he still made it to my house that day because he had promised me he would. Long story short, he had my pump working within 30 minutes. It was an electrical problem that he was able to fix himself, no electrician required. I would recommend him to anyone, and have several times already. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.

I would recommend A-Pro for all your swimming pool or hot tub needs. I have been using Chet to service mine for years and he always does a good job at a fair price.

We recently had A-Pro Services replace the liner in our in-ground pool and couldn't be happier! Chet quoted us a price, estimated a delivery date, and gave us a time line as to when it would be installed. All of the information was exactly as he said! Chet also spent a great amount of time to ensure our liner fit properly and had zero wrinkles! Needless to say, Chet did an outstanding job and I highly recommend A-Pro Services! As a business owner myself, it is very refreshing to work with someone that does what they say they are going to do; no excuses!! Chet, great job and thanks for making our 11 year old pool look brand new again!!!!

A-Pro Services put in our new pool liner, and we're very happy with them. They fixed the bottom of the pool, and did a real good job. After they were through, I asked why they were cheaper than some other places had quoted. the guy said "well, to tell you the truth, I made a mistake on pricing, but that was what I said, so I had to do it for that. We're still making money." I thought that was pretty respectable. I would highly recommend A-Pro Services to anybody that needs a liner. They did a good job, and were honest.

I usually don't write these things but wanted people to know that this is a very reliable company. He knew every answer to all my questions since I'm new to the hot tub duties. I work all day so he was very willing to call before he could come and kept me updated when he could. I would recomend to anyone with a pool or spa!! Very kind and willing to help find the problem. Thank you!

Our spa quit running yesterday, and we were really worried because it is outdoors, and it was supposed to get to 24 degrees overnight. The guy came out after dark, got us running, it was something in the motor. The whole bill was under $100, which was a lot less than we expected. We will definately use them again.

Chet is FABULOUS. such a hard worker, and nice, nice man. What an american worker should be. Always doing his best, so kind, very quick to get back to you. He put in a pool liner fabulously and at a great price, and closes our pool every year for a great price. AGAIN, got us a safety cover for a good price and installed it flawlessly. I wholly reccommend this company and Chet. website is great too.

Replaced our pool liner, very courteous and professional. I checked the company, they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and their final price was actually almost $150.00 less than their estimate! I would highly recommend A-Pro! Thanks, Chet --Great Job!

I don,t usually wrire reviews, but A-Pro is great! We are new pool owners, and they spent alot of time on the phone with us, helping us learn how to take care of it, even though we didn't buy it from them. We hired them to winterize it, and they took time to explain everything they were doing. I don't usually write reviews, but A-Pro Services did an unusually good job for us. We got a lot of free advice, from someone who knew what they were talking about. We are new pool owners, and he spent hours on the phone,always returning our calls, helping us learn how to care for our pool, without trying to sell us anything! When we did hire them to winterize the pool, they showed up on time, explained what they were doing, answered all our questions, and charged us pretty reasonably for the work done. I was expecting to have to spend $400 on a new pump, and Chet knew that. I spent $14 on capacitor, plus a service call! Because Chet was honest, I have money to spend on my kids! Thanks, chet, you really are A-Pro!

I had a problem with my hot tub. I had called another co. out to see if they could fix the problem. They came out and quoted me a price of $325.00 and said that they could get to it the next day. While waiting I called A-Pro Service and the guy came out and checked the hot tub and came back and handed me a bill. I am thinking that I just called for an estimate. To my surprise he had already repaired the part on the hot tub and only charged $90.00 to fix it! I gladly paid the man and thanked him for being honest. Three weeks later,still working like a charm.



These guys really know their business and are honest and reliable. I will recommend them anytime.
