Jeanne at first meet seemed nice and fragile. The more we spoke to her the more things just didn’t seem right. she kept pushing us to sign paper work when we still had questions. She basically said we have no other options and we had to pay her something. I told her that I needed to step away from all of the pushiness in our vulnerable state and make some calls. I told her we would get back with her. We called the commissioners office and asked him the same questions we were asking Jeanne. He told us different information and told us not to sign any paper work. He told us to have Jeanne call him to make different arrangements. We called Jeanne to let her know and she seemed very irritated and threatened to go to my elderly dads to have him sign the paper work. We told her No and that he will not answer the door and we had advised him not to sign anything!! She then hung up, called us back and said the commissioners office said they can not do anything because the body has been dead too long. Complete lie.. We again spoke to the commissioner’s office and the gentleman, who was so very nice, told us she is lying and just wants our business/money. There is a lot more to this story and a lot more lies she told us, but this was to make a long story short. She even called my mom at her place of business and was very ugly to her. I am appalled that someone could take complete advantage of people, especially at their most vulnerable. To me for being such a Christian lady she was the ugliest person inside I have ever met. She should be ashamed of herself. She may be nice when she is getting your business but if you decide to not use her WATCH OUT!! I give her ZERO stars!

Jeanne has taken excellent care of me and my family for years. she is so kind and considerate. she takes care of the little things that you may forget during your time of sadness.
